What is Depression?
           Depression is a mental shock due to unpleasant situation.


Why we undergo depression?
     When we can not sustain unpleasant moment and we can't understand what to do or not to do. Also when we don't have a realistic approach to overcome difficulties.
Actually when we think that everything is end and not able recover again to normal situation , then we undergo huge depression.
What Depression Caused??
When somebody goes depression, they faced so many mental problems like as
1. They lost their hope to live
2. Lost ability to overcome difficulties
3. They are not able set up a goal to achieve success.
4. Even a man have committed to suicide.

How to overcome depression???
Depression is one type of mental illness. Now I will discuss some useful  tips to come back from depression and  how to stay focused on life problems and how to solve them all.
1. Understand The Problems:
     Everybody have  so many problems in their life.You have to understand the problems and Try find solutions for your problems

2. Strong your believe System:
    Believe in yourself. Once you confirmed your believe System , then what may be difficulties come in your life, you will not be depressed. 

3. Set up Realistic Goal:
   If someone have realistic goal in life. They will not come onto depression as because a goal can give motivation to overcome difficulties  and strong the believe System.
4. Have a Strong Determination: 
Someone who have a strong determination to their destiny..they will not be depressed at all. Strong determination give some extra power to be focused on goal and give energy to sustain difficulties and problems.
5. Focus on your life Strategy:
    Make  right strategy for every day in life. Make daily routine for your work and also your lifestyle.
6. Be happy with your small achievement: 
  Try  to be happy with your small achievement. Whatever you have , you have to stay with happily. Do not make your life bored.. Try to find happiness with small thing.
